Attending a Music Mountain concert is a memorable experience for the outstanding level of the performances; the historic Sears Roebuck concert hall and houses (First Fiddle House -A.K.A. Big House-, Second Fiddle House, Viola House and Cello House), built in 1930, forming a well-designed campus in the Colonial Revival style; the peaceful grounds; and the casual and friendly atmosphere. Patrons travel to Music Mountain from New York City and furhter away, and love planning for a full day, or a full weekend, in the Music Mountain area.
