WYNONA YINUO WANG, PIANO

Pianist Wynona Yinuo Wang was selected as the First Prize winner of the 2018 Concert Artists Guild International Competition as well as the 2017 Wideman International Piano Competition. She is also a 2019 recipient of the Charlotte White Career Grant awarded by New York's Salon de Virtuosi.

Her recent North American performances included the Orchestra Now, the Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra, the California North State Symphony Orchestra, and the Meadows Symphony Orchestra. She has appeared at major concert venues including Lincoln Center's David Geffen Hall, Carnegie Hall's Weill Hall, and NYC's Merkin Hall, Kravis Center, Krannert Center, and has been featured on New York's WQXR radio.

She has recently been invited to perform at summer festivals including Music@Menlo, La Jolla SummerFest, Mostly Mozart Festival, International Keyboard Institute and Festival, Tippet Rise, and Bard Music Festival.

Born in China, Wynona is a student at The Juilliard School in New York, studying with Robert McDonald.


SOPHIA STOYANOVICH, VIOLIN

American violinist Sophia Stoyanovich has captivated audiences since her premiere at age ten with the Bremerton Symphony. She has soloed with numerous orchestras and has performed across North America, Europe, Russia, China, and Vietnam.

Recent highlights include first prize at the 2022 New York International Artists Violin Competition, 2021 Beverly Hills National Auditions, joining the roster of Chamber Music America as recipient of the 2021 Ensemble Forward Grant, as well as recital debuts on The Dame Myra Hess, Great Music L.A., and Encinitas Music by the Sea Series. Upcoming engagements for the 2022-2023 season include debut appearances with the Rome Chamber Music Festival, La Jolla Music Society, and Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall.

An alumna of The Juilliard School for both her Bachelor and Master of Music, Ms. Stoyanovich will begin her Doctorate at The Graduate Center in New York City, studying under the tutelage of Mark Steinberg as a fully funded five year fellowship recipient this fall.


ANDREW BYUN, CELLO

Andrew Byun is a Canadian cellist currently pursuing his Masters of Music with Natasha Brofsky at The Juilliard School. He has appeared in masterclasses with Steven Isserlis, Jian Wang, and Frans Helmerson among others and has worked closely with the Borromeo, Brentano, Dover, and Emerson Quartets. Andrew has performed solo at Jordan Hall, Weill Recital Hall, and the Dame Myra Hess Memorial Concerts and has been featured on the WMFT radio station and NPR’s From The Top as a recipient of the Jack Kent Cooke Young Artist Award. He has also been invited to perform at numerous festivals including the Verbier Festival Academy, Taos School of Music, I-M-S Prussia Cove, and La Jolla Music Society’s SummerFest.

Andrew attended the New England Conservatory Preparatory School and graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Music in Philosophy/Cello Performance. He has studied with Hans Jorgen Jensen, Myung-wha Chung, Yeesun Kim.
