Music Mountain’s 20-piece “House Band” returns to celebrate the popular music that kept American’s dancing for decades—from the Lindy and Fox Trot to the Mambo and Cha Cha to the Twist! Starting with Benny Goodman’s theme song (Let’s Dance), our high-powered big band brings to life Swing Era classics from Count Basie, Glenn, Miller, Tommy Dorsey, Les Brown and Ray Anthony, among many others. Plus, Swingtime’s engaging singers salute iconic American vocalists such as Ella Fitzgerald, Peggi Lee, and Frank Sinatra, and also celebrate the 100th birthdays of entertainment legends Jerry Lewis, Marilyn Monroe and Tony Bennett.
