Celebrate the Great American Songbook with Michael Berkeley & Friends: Maria B. Hickey, Amy LeBlanc, Frank Fasano, and Wanda L. Houston. Share our favorite tunes from yesteryear—the songs that keep America singing—in this nostalgic musical revue. The 1920s-1950s were a heyday for American songwriters as they delighted theatre and movie audiences—Irving Berlin, Cole Porter, Fats Waller, Duke Ellington, Frank Loesser, Harold Arlen, The Gershwins, Rodgers & Hart, and so many more. Hope you enjoy these classics as much as we have!
“No Tune Like A Show Tune” is a small troupe created by Michael Berkeley several years ago. After years of creating “Diva” productions in the Tri-State region, Michael decided to create a smaller traveling version. Wanda Houston, Amy LeBlanc, and Frank Fasano have been a part since the beginning and they were thrilled to add Maria Hickey last year. Each year, Michael creates a new focus, this year being “The Great American Songbook.”
