Hailed for their superior technique, the Arianna String Quartet was formed in 1992 and soon gained national recognition, performing throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Based in St. Louis since 2000, the Arianna String Quartet serves as associate professors and quartet-in-residence at the University of Missouri, St. Louis.
Tanya Bannister is one of the leading pianists of her generation. Critically acclaimed, Ms. Bannister has appeared at many of the great concert halls around the world including the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, London’s Wigmore Hall, the Salle Cortot in Paris and various venues in New York. She is co-founder and Artistic Director of AlpenKammerMusik. Ms. Bannister was the winner of the Concert Arts Guild competition and also the New Orleans International piano Competition.
